Rates for 2012
(Rates listed below are for two musicians)
WEDDINGS:
Please note that rates are dependent on location; figure rates accordingly.
Anything outside the
local calling distance of Portland will also have a mileage fee (see below).
Weddings that take place
within the local calling distance of Portland:
Ceremony Only: $400
Ceremony and Cocktail Hour: $600
Ceremony, Cocktail Hour
and Reception: $550 for Ceremony and Cocktail hour, then $150 per hour
for the Reception.
Cocktail Hour Only: $250
Reception Only: $200 for
the first hour $350 for two hours $550 for three hours, with a two-hour minimum.

For weddings outside the local calling area of Portland, up to one hour away:
Ceremony Only: $450
Ceremony and Cocktail Hour: $650
Ceremony, Cocktail Hour
and Reception: $600 for Ceremony and Cocktail Hour, then $150 per hour
for the Reception.
Cocktail Hour Only: $300
Reception Only: $250 for
the first hour, $400 for two hours and $600 for three hours, with a two-hour
minimum.

For weddings between one and two hours away from Portland:
Ceremony Only: $500
Ceremony and Cocktail Hour: $700
Ceremony, Cocktail Hour
and Reception: $700 for Ceremony and Cocktail Hour, then $150 per hour
for the Reception.

Casco Bay Island fees:
Fees will be decided on
a case by case basis, depending on which island, and how long a wait there is
for the boat following the performance.

Beyond two hours away will be decided on a case by case basis.

The Ceremony fee includes
a 20 minute prelude, all the ceremony music chosen from the repertoire list
provided, and a 5 minute postlude.

Travel: $.50 per mile, based on one car, round trip from Portland, applicable
for anything outside the
local calling area of Portland.
